Sandra Jane Heard is a British sculptor and abstract artist (1966, Haverhill) Sandra's mixed media art incorporates a diverse range of materials, including found objects, ink, paper, and natural elements such as Mitsumata branches. Through her art she explores themes of nature, time, and transformation.

Inspired by the landscapes around her—ranging from the wooded views of Minneapolis to the vast Sierra Nevada Mountains—her art delves into the interplay between the physical world and the more elusive aspects of memory, emotion, and imagination.
