Returns & Resolution
Guidelines regarding the acquisition, protection, and transit of unique artworks.
All sales are final. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our archive, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a piece has been acquired.
In the event that artwork arrives damaged or is incorrect, notification must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Resolution may include:
- Professional repair of the work (where feasible)
- Replacement (for specific editions or prints)
- Store credit or, in rare cases, a full refund

Documentation
Secure high-resolution imagery of the damaged packaging and the artwork itself prior to moving or discarding any materials.

Direct your order number and documentation to info@xochi.art.

Preservation
Retain all original shipping containers and interior crating until the resolution process is finalized.
Insurance
All shipments include comprehensive insurance as a standard, ensuring the value of your investment is protected during transit.
Authenticity
Each acquisition is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, documenting provenance and ensuring legal standing.
